Rich brings over three decades of experience producing high-impact corporate and live events across the globe.
His career began in broadcast television, where he advanced to video engineer at a San Francisco production studio. The fast-paced, deadline-driven world of broadcast shaped his ability to lead under pressure and gave him deep technical expertise in audio, video, lighting, staging, and live production. That foundation became the backbone of his transition into corporate event production.
Since 1988, Rich has produced corporate events ranging from intimate executive gatherings to large-scale productions for audiences of 4,000+ attendees. His work spans live multi-camera shoots, corporate video production, interactive media, digital presentations, and animated content.
Rich has partnered with organizations including Adobe, Google, CallidusCloud, Coupa Software, and Convercent, and have produced events for the Doha Tribeca Film Festival in Qatar and the Vanity Fair Oscar Party since 2014. He founded Izzi Production in 1990 and have since delivered hundreds of projects focused on creative excellence and cost-effective execution.
Known for his ability to listen carefully, translate client vision into strategic production plans, and execute with precision – balancing creativity, technical complexity, and budget realities.
Outside of production schedules, you’ll likely find Rich enjoying a glass of Cabernet while sketching out a new set concept, exploring emerging event technologies, or spending time with his wife and sons.
